Homes Publisher This component fully automates the publishing of individual homes online. Information on each home is stored in an online database, including: price, bedrooms, square footage, street address, as well as images of the home and the interior. The exact parameters which are stored in the database for each homesite can be customized to the needs of individual communities. The component allows a back-end user to:
• Add, delete, and update homes
• Easily edit and update descriptions and images

Rentals Publisher The easiest way to manage a group of rental properties is to have them managed in an online database. The rentals publisher component automates the publishing of individual rental properties online. Each rental is stored in the database, and includes the following information: price, bedrooms, square footage, street address, as well as images of the rental exterior and interior. The exact parameters which are stored in the database for each rental can be customized to the needs of individual communities. The component allows a back-end user to:

• Easily edit and update descriptions and images
Search Engine (Homesites, Homes and Rentals) Visitors can use the property search feature to enter in their individual criteria for homesites, homes and rentals. Search criteria may include property type, price, square footage, number of bedrooms, as well as any other property attribute. The property search can be customized to an individual community's needs. Community Map The best way to get a feel for the general layout of a community, as well as to take a "virtual tour," is to implement an interactive community map. Using Flash technology, this component takes a master plan map and provides the means for including pop-up information on key locations (i.e. a club house or retail location). Images may also be dropped into the map, and appear as clickable picture points. When a web visitor clicks on the picture point, an image taken from that location drops down. This is a great way to create a full virtual tour of the community, as well as include shots of featured amenities such as golf courses and pools. Points-of-Interest Engine A private community offers much more than housing to its residents and visitors--it offers a way of life. Integrated with the community map, the points-of-interest engine makes it easy to provide detailed information on community attractions such as the clubhouse, shops, restaurants, etc.,
Picture Gallery/Tour Integrated with the community map, the Picture Gallery/Tour offers web visitors a "guided tour" of your community. Together with the interactive map, the gallery is one of the most powerful aspects of the VisionCommunity system. Set in a clean, elegant design, it provides online visitors with a window into your community and what makes it special. Content Management Engine One of the biggest challenges that private communities face in maintaining their web sites is keeping their sites up-to-date. The content management component allows back-end users to update content on the site without directly editing a page’s source code, or using the costly services of a professional web designer. Templates will specify the placement of page content within the design of the site as well as maintain uniformity in fonts and text point size. Images may be uploaded directly to the site and included within the editable content.
Editing text content is easy with a user-friendly Microsoft Word style editor. This utilizes Microsoft’s “contentEditable” technology, supported by browsers IE 5 and above on the PC platform. Document Upload Plugin This plugin is a great addition to the content mangement tool. The plugin allows community staff to upload all kinds of documents to your website, including images, pdfs, videos and more.
Guestbook The Guestbook features an updated list of visitors and comments about your communtiy. Easily managed from the backend, the guestbook functionality is a perfect sales complement for communitie web sites.
Calendar Users will be able to update the list of events published on the website using a secure web interface. Events will consist of a title, description, date, time, location name, location address, and contact person. Once an event is published on the site, it will be displayed until the event becomes out of date, at which time it will be removed from the public site. Events will be saved in a database format.
News Users will be able to update the list of news items published on the website using a secure web interface. News items will consist of a date, title, author, description, body, and related links. News items will be saved in a database format. They will be published on the public website for a set duration of time.
Email Signup/Unsubscribe Engine Managing email lists is a multi-tiered process. This module helps tie your website into your offline email management, and addresses a number of important issues, from helping you export your online email list to a text file, to avoiding "spam" concerns by providing unsubscribe functionality.
Online Concierge Desk An interactive section of your web site providing renters and returning vacation homeowners with a way to reserve amenities and specify special needs online.
Homeowners Only This password-secured area provides community homeowners with an exclusive online space in which to communicate and access important information. Owners’ contact information will be databased for quick searching. Relevant resources and calendars will be easily editable in the site’s back-end administrative area. Statistics Reporting The reporting engine is a module that tracks both standard page hits and property based page hits. Visitor information such as IP address and browser version are also reported. Geo Tracking Plugin Geo tracking takes information from the statistics reporting engine and analyzes the information based on geographical location. The engine is 95% accurate down to the city of origin. Visitor Flow Plugin Visitor Flow takes the information aquired from the statistics reporting engine and follows the path that a visitor traverses while at the site.
