  VisionCommunity is created by VisionDance LLC, providing complete online solutions for planned and private communites looking to integrate their Web site and sales systems.



Business Challenge
Rosemary Beach needed to publish all of its homes for sale and rental properties online, providing potential homebuyers and guests with a user-friendly way to view home locations, specifications and photos. In addition, they wanted a new web site design that would provide a window into life at Rosemary Beach.

Behind the scenes, the site would need to provide the Rosemary Beach Realty and Rental Company a way to manage their property information online.

Finally, they wanted to devote a secure section of the site to homeowners, many of whom live at Rosemary Beach only part of the year. Key information about individual properties and community events could be easily accessed and updated.


VisionDance Solutions
 The VisionDance team used large photos set in a clean design. The result is a virtual coffee table piece, as elegant as the community it represents.

 In the Realty section of the site, site visitors can search for homes and homesites for sale using key criteria. The location of each home is displayed on an interactive map.



Using the "Create A Vacation" section, site visitors can search a large database of homes available for rent by name, location, and number of bedrooms. A three-page layout devoted to each home features an exterior and multiple interior photos, as well as a detailed description and amenities list. An interactive concierge service allows guests to reserve choice amenities online.
Because of this functionality, the web site has become the primary reservations tool at Rosemary Beach.



A secure back-end administrative section enables Rosemary Beach staff to manage and control hundreds of images and detailed profiles of every available home in the Rosemary Beach community. New property information and images can be published online directly, without the assistance of professional web designers.

 A password-secure "Owners Only" section allows homeowners to stay in touch with the community while away. The content is database-driven, and easily maintained and updated using VisionDance's content management system (VisionCM).
